Each custom picutre icon would have to be reviewed, and it would take a lot of people to get through everyone. Considered as well, you would have to find people mature enough for the task, and almost nobody would be willing to do it for free. Let's say there's 10 people, and there's 50 people who make custom picture icons per hour. You pay all 10 people $15 an hour, and that's already $150. In consideration there would be people changing their icons to custom picture ones all around the clock. Let's say that month had 30 days in it. That would add up to around $10,800.

Now lets say that we didn't review custom picture icons, but had a report feature. With around 13 reports of inappropriate profile icons per hour. You would pay maybe 5 or 6 people for the job. That's $75 or $90 per hour. Now take into consideration that it's 24 hours in a day, and (for that month) 30 days. $3,600 or $4,320. Now to take into consideration that they would have to have people for bans as well. Let's say 5 more people take that job. $3,600 more dollars, making a total of $7,200 or $8,640 per month spent on custom picture icons.

Either way, you're spending over $7000 per month on custom picture icons, and hiring a lot of workers. Now, I'm not including raises because of how difficult and unpredictable they are to calculate. And the process of hiring workers who are willing to work for a small meme website is difficult.

And I doubt I would require a site mod or anyone to have to approve it. If they even try to add nsfw why don’t we put up warnings? Imgflip seems to never improve anyway.

My idea is that it would be for Pro users only, but it has lots of flaws, such as the fact that trolls could simply buy the subscription, and then refund it after they put the inappropriate profile picture, and people would be mad at Imgflip that it wouldn't be free.

Dude people are gonna put NSFW stuff on their profile pic. IT'S THE INTERNET. Why are you guys being such babies over a good idea. And no it does not need to be pro only. That would bankrupt imgflip instantly.

It's the internet, so what? It doesn't mean Imgflip needs to be another porn site. If the site owner doesn't want Imgflip to be a porn site, it won't be a porn site, and it will be moderated until it's SFW.

Why not just have it be reported to all the mods of the streams they follow
