Nope, your ridicule of weight is as childish as saying lasagna is a protein. At the end of the day, a lasagna per pound is more expensive than a slab of beef (a whole protein)!

Hey lets grill out..

Yea no shit.....

"Eating protein from an animal source is really eating used protein."

As i said, lasagna per pound is more expensive than a brisket, or a tenderloin.

If frog legs taste like chicken (they dont by the way), and are $23a lb...ill take the chicken at 1.98. Lol

Let me know the next time you grill out some RICOTTA.

Lets see your BMI...

:VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV
Height: 6 feet, 1 inches

Weight: 187 pounds

Your BMI is 24.7, indicating your weight is in the Healthy category for adults of your height.

For your height, a healthy weight range would be from 140 to 189 pounds.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Go for it.

Nice assumption.....an even better attempt at RIDICULE.

And genius, lasagne per pound is not more expensive than a brisket. This a a lasagne from Target and a Brisket from Walmart (who’d buy a brisket from Walmart is beyond me). The tenderloin is was more expensive. Again, if you stopped eating like an obese glutton, you’d understand this. And look, in that little less than 1 pound of lasagne, there are 22 grams of protein. Remember when you said lasagne wasn’t a protein. I do. We do. Everyone does.

Dude, if you are buying your f**king meat from wal-mart, that is on you!!

When was last time you bought whole ingredients for a lasagna?

Always rely on the name calling plan, its a crutch that seems to work for you.

Mmmm, smoked spaghetti!

I’m 6’5” and 195. I spent 22 years in the military and still PT every day and weight train as well. So much so, that our equipment is in our living room. And there is no way you are that height and weight not know what you know about the basics of nutrition. Enjoy your McDonald’s fat boy.

Fat boy? How cute. 22 years in the service, and never learned to "use your words".

Why would i lie about shit? Its hilarious.

Not to mention, i make pasta, which is EGG, flour and salt. I am aware EGGS HAVE PROTEIN. Go back to simplistic name calling.

"And there is no way you are that height and weight not know what you know about the basics of nutrition."

Its easy...

Drink water, coffeee, beer, wine (not with beer).

Grow your own greens, green veggies, squashes, and melons.

Eat whole meats, from local markets. Better yet, trade your excess garden harvest to others who are willing to barter meat (protein).

Buy bread, crackers, cheese, cereal, milk, cream.

Make your own ICE CREAM. Bake your own cookies.

When its time to go out, eat at a steakhouse, Sushi, mexican. Never a buffet (unless it is a Disney Family Style meal, then we can get as much brisket as we want).

So, have fun with that name calling, fantasy image you have of me.

Yes, mushroom is a protein (don't know why you're asking).

No, you're right, not all lasgna [sic] is made with beef or a meat sauce but all lasagna that I've ever had is made with cheese and cheese is an excellent source of protein, so even if there is no meat or mushrooms then LASAGNA IS A GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN - unless you're one of those vegan weirdos that won't even eat real cheese.

But then, that makes your whole "argument" moot because you've already ticked off all of the animal proteins that you consider good sources.

Yes, whole proteins. You know, the kind that you can put on a spit in the woods and cook over a f**king fire!
