Actually I marked it that way myself because the POG Colonel said: "You'd better get your head and your ass wired together, or I will take a giant shit on you!", which I figured might cause the mods to let it sit for a long time before featuring it. It's happened to me before.

Gee, don't know if it is necessary or not but I think it holds back the # of people who view it. My experience is that if I submit my memes early in the a.m. or later in the p.m., it really doesn't matter as they are usually held 6-8 hrs....sometimes more and sometimes less. The NSFW's are so randomly applied (like there is a quota that has to be met) that they really don't make a whole lot of sense.
