Fact: The only reason the deficit decreased last year for Biden’s term, was because Republicans (admitted with a little help from 2 Dem senators) stood up and did not let Joe’s Build Back Better mega spending bill pass. Had Joe gotten the spending bill he wanted, there would’ve been no reduction in the budget deficit last year.

The only budget SURPLUSES since 1970 are the product of Newt Gingrich’s efforts to balance the budget.

Under President Obama, the national debt grew the most in dollar terms ($8.6 trillion) and was fifth by percentage at 74%. #FactsMatter

You need to learn the difference between the debt and the deficit, as well as how they effect each other. Not the meme I made never mentions anything about the debt.

You should seriously learn to read. I didn’t say you were wrong. I said the national debt grew. Maybe take a class. It couldn’t hurt.

Now for the actual truth as opposed to standard leftist political propaganda: "The federal government ran a deficit of $3.1 trillion in fiscal year 2020, more than triple the deficit for fiscal year 2019. This year's deficit amounted to 15.2% of GDP, the greatest deficit as a share of the economy since 1945."
