I know people who were there, there were no demolition charges. What about the Pentagon? PA? Sounds like your PE doesn't know a thing about demolition. It would take weeks of gutting offices in use to place any charges necessary to bring those down, and not one secretary thought it was strange? It's okay, PEs have specialties, I wouldn't expect her to know that. OBL was an engineer too.
