Some governments, USA included, frequently “meddle” in other government’s elections by disseminating information/disinformation. Radio Free Europe is similar. None of that is an act of war or comes remotely close to treason. If it did, the Cold War would have been a hot war, and numerous heads of state and gov’t officials would have been executed.
