The two worst cities, which both have DEMOCRAT mayors, and which both have murder rates at least 4 times higher than Louisiana’s.

#1 is St. Louis, Missouri with 64.54 murders per 100,000.

#2 is Baltimore, Maryland with 58.27 murders per 100,000.

On another note, the states of North Dakota, Vermont, and New Hampshire have the LOWEST murder rates, and all 3 have REPUBLICAN governors.
