It's a shame that we are probably on the same side on most topics, as near as I can tell, but you decided to be petty. And your arguments are exceptionally flawed- on this, you are exactly like a liberal.
"• You didn't take the pictures you used, either. That makes you a hypocrite."
I used the example to point out your hypocrisy. If I insisted that I only used original material, you would have a case. I did not. You, therefore, are the hypocrite, especially given that you did not cite attribution to the original author of that picture of Robert Jr.
"Instapundit.com attributes Kashuv, so they believe him to be the original author."
They posted a tweet of his. This is de facto assertion that they researched to see if he was the first one to say it. What a lame line of reasoning.
"• "A freaking meme site" is not a defense to theft."
Given the constant reuse of material on meme sites, if we are to call what I did, "theft", then everyone who creates memes using any existing material is a "thief". I don't think you know how this works, but shall we saunter over to your image collection and look for proper attribution on every image you used?
"You stole something that didn't belong to you. You didn't say where you got it. That's theft of IP no matter how you look at it. Then, when you got called out, YOU went all Karen."
As I already stated, when I saw the above information, it was not in the tweet of Kyle's, which you have not established is where the original comment came from. I do not frequent instapundit, but if the general layout of the site is any indicator, your trust in them to properly research everything they post, especially the incidental material like this, is an absurd notion.
As for your "Karen" comment, given that I originally made that assertion about you, you have stolen my concept in this conversation, which by your definition is theft.
There, we rode your absurd choo-choo train to the end of the line, and found you to be an annoyance. Don't you want more out of life for yourself?
