As a young man, I genuinely find girls without makeup more attractive.

From a practical standpoint, I see it as a waste of time and money.

Kind of agree, some makeup on girls does look pretty, but Fake eyelashes are bad and fake tan make them look like Trump’s grandkids.

It can get expensive, I'm happy with my dollar store L.A. Looks, for those rare occasions when I do wear it. Like my wedding. Lol

As a man, I kinda think makeup makes women look ugly and unnatural. I'd rather be with a girl who recognizes that it's okay to not look like everybody might say she should. Also, it's stupidly expensive and the money would be better spent with almost anything else. If you have the choice between spending money to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, help feed hungry people, or do any other charitable thing, and on the other side you have the choice to waste money propagating unnatural (and in my opinion, unattractive) beauty standards, the choice should be obvious.

The 'Morning After Effect' is a downer.

Natural beauty is better, natch. Thing is, not all feel they are naturally beautiful so will utilize makeup to [wait for it] make up for it.

Minimal isn't so bad, but that tends to be just a gateway, and years later, the 'ghost eyes' and eyebrows plucked to oblivion become something a husband must learn to endure. To see women like that get all dolled up when they go out makes you wonder why. As if the last thing a married woman needs are non-suitors seeing her not looking totally hot.

Why women pluck their eyebrows to clown heights only to paint them in is one of the most confounding mysteries ever. Telling me years later when she permanently looks like Bozo that I was right ain't gonna make them grow back in. Maybe some beneath to arch it a bit, but don't turn them into a thin line.

Yea the plucking of eyebrows only to paint them back on again makes no sense to me. And I agree with you on the husband thing. If you're not going to get dolled up for the man you love them why do it for anyone else. Don't let yourself go for the one who deserves to see you at your best. Not that you have to sleep in your makeup but if a woman wants to be attractive to anyone it should be to her one and only and surprise him when he gets home from work or something.

It can enhance beauty, but when it's overdone it just looks horrible

Some people can do it well, and make it look more elegant in a way that brings out their natural beauty. But yea, putting it on with a putty knife is doing no one a favor.

I would say that makeup is bad. It gets very expensive over time and it will not show your true look, only what you want people to see which in my opinion is not a good way to go

I'm just a dude, so I can only say how I feel when girls I've dated or had interest in wear it. Some girls can wear a bunch yet still look really good whether they looked great before or not. Others have crazy natural beauty and don't need it at all, even detrimenting her beauty by putting it on. Some have natural beauty and still put it on because they enjoy styling their face to look different the same way they will change their clothes or hair. Some girls may not look great without it and put it on to enhance it due to social pressure. Whether it should be called good and bad depends on each person. If someone is wearing it because she thinks she's ugly, it would likely be better for her mental health if she makes friends who appreciate her how she is and if she accepts herself the same way. If someone wears it for fun or because she likes to look fancy, then good for her.

As a woman I'd say it just depends. I rarely wear makeup, but when I do it's for one of these reasons:
1. Special occasion (like a wedding or an event)
2. I'm feeling ugly asf and I need something to make me feel more confident
3. I have a show choir competition (make up is a requirement)
Tbh there are SOOO many people who look h o t without makeup and others... Makeup can't save them

It depends on how much you wear. Just wear the makeup you like on yourself.
