I don't Run a country where over 70% of the enterprises are state owned and a majority of the rest are controlled by Oligarch's loyal to me. I am a capitalist and I have been called "too conservative," by "Progressives." I do believe that a country as wealthy as ours can and should compensate the workers who make it rich at a level reflecting our success. I also support helping our less fortunate citizens at levels higher than just subsistence. You can call me whatever names you want. You support and defend a guy who calls his closest international ally a "genius," and "savvy" as he is killing hundreds of civilians including many children. There isn't a name in my vocabulary that adequately describes how low that is.

Blah blah blah
You’re still a Communist

Wrong again, you probably don't even remember when Joe Biden had the military or national guard sleeping inside a parking garage to protect his weak ass after the small, tiny, insignificant January 6 protest happened. They were feeding them canned foods with metal shards in it. How messed up but totally expected from America hating leftist like you.

Deflect when you can't defend. Right out of the Communist Putin's disinformation playbook. Are you sure you're not Russian? I get the feeling that you are a pro from St. Petersburg.

Real Americans were disgusted by the disrespect shown by the Communist Putin's Ally Donald Trump for John McCain, who was in the infamous Hanoi Hilton with my former boss and personal hero Everett Alvarez. McCain made sacrifices that impressed his fellow POWs, as well as free people everywhere.

I will note that you have taken sides with the Communist Putin and his cowardly, bone spur addled Ally Trump, against the people under siege in Ukraine.

I worked with and for ex-POWs in my 30-years with the VA. Only two ex-POWs had the respect of their peers to the extent that they got everyone's attention when they walked into a room. One was James Stockdale, who won the Medal of Honor for his service during his time at the Hanoi Hilton. The other was John McCain who turned down an offer of early release, meant to curry favor with his Admiral father. My Boss, Everett Alvarez (America's longest held POW) got respect from all. But, not like McCain and Stockdale. Shame on you for spreading the Communist Putin's Chief Ally's slanderous lies about an American hero. McCain was respected by those who counted, his POW-peers.

The only known "POW," not repatriated was Marine Cpl. Robert Garwood, who collaborated with the North Vietnamese and refused repatriation. Those suspected of being taken prisoner and not returned mainly fall into two groups.

The first group were "grunts," taken by the Viet Cong. The VC had no means of incarcerating and maintaining POWs. It is suspected that these prisoners were debriefed as much as was possible, then executed.

The second group were pilots shot down over North Vietnam. Most of these were repatriated in February and March of 1973. However, a pattern was noted. Pilots of certain advanced aircraft were required to have advanced degrees in engineering. These prisoners were thought to be valuable to the Russians for their knowledge of advanced aeronautics. The Russians were said to pay a 'bounty," for any of these prisoners turned over to them. They were subject to advanced debriefing in Russia, then "disposed of."

The Nixon Administration created the myth of large numbers of live MIAs to put pressure on the North Vietnamese. This was very unpopular with real ex-POWs who thought it detracted from their special status. None-the-less, starting in 1973 and extending to the present, the DoD has made an effort to track down and repatriate the remains of these pseudo-POW MIAs.

According to Colonel Ted Guy, John McCain’s commander as a POW, McCain collaborated with the enemy.
McCain is accused of giving information that led to the downing of 60 US aircraft
McCain is accused of training North Vietnamese air defense personnel
McCain is accused of making over 30 propaganda broadcasts against the US, broadcasts he moved to have classified when he was elected to the Senate

There's a whole lot of this slanderous garbage on extremist sites. They appear to have conveniently started when McCain called out the Communist Putin's Ally Trump. I tried to find any credible official records to corroborate them and could not. I did find the following from people I have met, knew or worked with:

“Some people act tough. John’s the real thing. When the Vietnamese would make demands of him, he just stood up to them all the way, to the point of risking a lot more torture. They didn’t have him cowed at all. He’s just as honest as the day is long, and courageous to the extent of always doing the right thing, no matter what.”--John McCain's cellmate Bob Schumaker

“Having gone through an experience when you’re living on the brink of death day-to-day gives you a different perspective on life, on humanity, and on what’s important. An experience like [POW camp] teaches you to recognize right from wrong, and how to be faithful to your values under fire. John’s done this.”--Everett Alvarez, America's longest held POW

“It’s what John did with his life after Vietnam that impressed me so much. If you look at his political career, he has always spoken his mind about what he thinks is right, regardless of the consequences.”--Ex-POW Air Force Maj. Gen. Ed Mechenbier

"I consider it blasphemy to smudge the straight-arrow prisoner-of-war
record of a man who was near death when he arrived at Hoa Loa prison 1967:
both arms broken, left leg broken, left shoulder broken by a civilian with a
rifle butt.

He was eventually taken to the same rat-infested hospital room I had
occupied two years earlier, and, like me, he had surgery on his leg. By then the
Vietnamese had discovered that his father was the ranking admiral in the
Pacific Fleet, and he received an offer that, as far as I know, was made to
no other American prisoner: immediate release, no strings attached. He
refused, thereby sentencing himself to four more years in a cell."--Adm. John Stockdale, ranking officer "Hanoi Hilton," Medal of Honor winner

I'll take these guys opinions of McCain over the extremist bloggers who in support of the Communist Putin's Ally Trump's, slander of this brave American.

I'll believe the longest held POW in our history Everett Alvarez. He's a guy I knew and worked with when he was Deputy Secretary of the VA and I was with the Western Regional Office of Public Affairs. The first hint that your "Guy," is a phony is that he was so public. Anyone who knows how POWs do things would tell you that that isn't how they work. They "Shun," you to punish you. I have seen it work.

John McCain was the major obstruction to the passage of key POW/MIA legislation, which would have released classified records regarding these men and their fates.

The food served to the Michigan National Guard, that you refer to, was served by a private contractor to the Guard. The guard was told by their congressional delegation to get a new contractor. And the rumors of "metal shards" involved 75 meals that were rumored to have been thrown out because "metal shavings," were found in them. The same caterer was involved with this unproven rumor.

Remember, the only reason why this Administration even gives half a f**k about Ukrainian “democracy” is because of the Biden Family Cartel grift going back 10 years, or more.
They sure as shit don’t care about the Ukrainian people
