Rights are a man-made concept which quite frankly, no has ever defined (really, what IS a right, a membership card to indulge in some exclusive activity?), them other than some undefinable something bestowed upon some individuals by the Divine. Or law.
As an interdependent species and society, humans use others all the time. That is THE purpose of society.
In fact, the very functioning of (animal, etc) life is predatory, an act of predation upon predation upon predation upon predation upon... through which materials are robbed from another and recycled.
Whatever.
Anyways, THE purpose of female (and male) is as a vehicle for propagation, the 'right' to work in a cubicle and retire to life as a Netflix binging decrepid cat lady posting selfies on Facebook being something of a more recent - and exceedingly unnatural - phenomenon.
When staring at the hungry eye of predation, most females would abandon their offspring because she can always bear more whereas they may very likely die on their own. In the grand scheme of things, that can be looked at as indication/justification that her life has more value than theirs. In reality, however, both mother and offspring are just fattening themselves up for the next act of predation to succeed in recycling them. They are both piles of organic gloop. The notion that her so-called "rights" supersede theirs is the same that once asserted men superseded that of adult women as well till a mere century ago in America. Rights don't mean squat.
