Who says they are supporting Putin? That is a very wild assumption. Are you so narrow minded that you only see black and white? Lots are just not supporting the war period.

War is a horrible thing. I'm certainly not saying let's go to war. The Ukrainians have been invaded. They're in a war.

To not stand with Ukraine is to let Russia "take something away" from them. You're letting it happen. Your inaction allows them to continue that invasion. That's pro-Russian.

And then re-read the OP.

It establishes a pattern of lying with Covid and Trump.

Then it says "are now telling us to stand with Ukraine."

So, would you suddenly support something someone you think is a liar is telling you?

Or would you assume the opposite? You'd go with the opposite (just like you are doing now).

You'd say "oh, you lied about those 2 things, so you too must be lying about the need to support the Ukraine."

Again, if you're unable to see this, it's something you should spend some time thinking about.
