As you posted this meme, if you claim it was a joke , I will take your word for that. However, if it was meant as a joke, it was posted in the wrong stream. It should have been posted to the fun stream.

Hm. Having had a Russian-born grandmother, I am not sure how to respond to that. Russia is not Soviet Union, nor are the majority of Russian people yearning for the return of communism like Putin.
