What's very strange is the entire production from pace to music to narration is very calming till you snap out of the lulling and remember it's about sick murders.
In NYC's the Daily News paper, they have this A Justice Story feature on Sundays, and same thing. Grisly murders from many decades ago or so yet presented in a rather mellow yet not boring way.
