What purpose would it have served to lock her up. Not saying she didn’t (and still does) need to be buried under the prison, it would just further divide the nation. Division is something obama was excellent at and the vegetable is doing all he can to further the divide.
So Trump lied? Figures. He made a campaign promise which, according to you, served no purpose. Sad.

Name one politician that doesn’t make a campaign promise that they ever intended to keep. If you rely upon campaign promises to decide whom to vote for, you really shouldn’t vote at all.
