the only problem i see with this is advertising to kids, you gota be 18 or older to own any rifle in the first place so i see no point, there's no advantage to appealing to a younger audience when it's not even legal for one to own it. Unless they think the parent's would buy it for their kids. Also that design is pure trash, if that's meant to appeal to kids idk what kids they tryna appeal to. Also if you think about it, every weapon is a weapon of war, in some way it was used by someone either in self defense or to harm. I grew up with guns, and my father was a very strict man when it came to guns, he made sure i knew how to shoot properly, but not just that, he made sure i knew how to be safe with a gun, because safety is a #1 priority when it comes to anything, and one slip-up with a gun can result in injury/death of you or your peers, and you won't believe how many people get hurt because they aren't careful or act irrisponsibly with their gun e.g alcohol and firearms, idiots and firearms, or simply not cleaning one, if that barrels is clogged too much, it could explode. the only reasons i see for owning a firearm is for hunting, self defense, and being able to arm ourselves if our government tries to be a tyrant, which could be never, but it's never bad to be cautious. The problem is that we aren't keeping these guns from criminals, even though we already have laws preventing criminals of certain offenses from obtaining a weapon, you still have other issues that allow them to obtain a weapon like through the gun show loophole (a bill was made to try and counter that but got blocked by republicans, imagine that) and illegal ways like getting one from family/friends, building one, or stealing a gun. You could also 3d print one, but then again you'd have to be pretty rich for that, even then the material won't exactly hold up to standard for any gun, eventually it'd just melt
