Serious answer:
On one level, they both suck. Fascism and Communism have both caused an enormous amount of human misery.
However, Communism is at least *in theory* a viable and humane system. Even though in practical terms, every country that has actually tried to practice “communism” ends up as a brutal kleptocracy which merely uses communist/pro-worker propaganda to control the masses while the political class enriches itself and without actually doing anything for the poor. Communism shouldn’t require political repression, yet that is what “communist” regimes end up doing time and again.
Fascism on the other hand is explicitly about persecuting racial minorities, Jews, homosexuals, feminists, “deviants” (however that is defined), and using military might to conquer neighbors and ultimately the globe. There is no way to make fascism “good,” even in theory. It is rotten to the core. Cruelty for the sake of cruelty is baked into the fascist mindset.
Communitarian property systems have proven stable and viable at the tribal level, based on archaeological evidence all the way up to the city-state level, but the idea of community ownership of everything has never been successful in the modern nation-state context.
The system I favor is one that allows *some* income and wealth inequality but also ensures that citizens are never so deprived that they die through hunger, homelessness, inability to afford medical care, etc. That’s not “communist,” which aims to make everyone literally equal, but it could be called progressive/socialist.
