Clay Whitehead, M.D., a UCLA psychiatrist was interested in helping people redesign old psychiatric wards, which were cold and sterile, to be more positive environments for treating patients. In the research he and his associates did for their "Psycho-Environmntal Redesign Program," they dispelled some old myths. The first had to do with color.
For years many people assumed that the color red angered people and that blue calmed them down. In fact, the opposite is true. Warm colors, like yellow, orange and red are soothing. Blue tends to cause anxiety and anger in some and amplify it in others. I chose the color blue for the lettering in my Martyrs meme series, to make you (and people like you) more angry, agitated and anxious. This makes it more difficult for you to express yourself clearly and effectively.
By using the same phrases and messages repeatedly, I have increased the likelihood that you, and others, will accept my posts as being true. That is also designed to make you agitated.
In my observations, you and others, appear unreasonably anxious and angry in response to various stimuli included in the stories. The only effective way for you to avoid being manipulated by me, is to simply stop reading my memes.
