I thought I would piss off the communist who argue that people have the right to own a nuclear weapon.

Slippery Slope Fallacy. Nuclear weapons/Chemical weapons are a clear cut no.

And the latter is outlawed in the majority of countries in the world.

Yes some want think it is their god given right to own an explosive especially a nuclear one. The fallout kills.
