His job is panhandling, an exchange of goods and services. It takes energy to stand there so he is being paid to stand there and being compensated by any evil capitalist willing to reimburse him for his time. Think about it.

Obviously he is unemployed, thus not working, and the money he receives is from congeners providing financial assistance to a human in need. That’s mutual aid, which is socialism. Capitalism is mutual struggle, individualism and competition over resources, the exact opposite.
