“Did not someone say that women are faster and more agile than men?”
Well no, not really. Women often have longer legs which leads to a higher center of gravity (at least in a ratio to their torso).
But if a man (like Usain Bolt) has longer legs they’d be faster, if they really focused on keeping a low body fat percentage and minimizing upper body muscle to just enough for support to avoid getting too heavy.
Though, because men are only 35% stronger (lower body) instead of 45% stronger (upper body)
that does give women a somewhat of a better chance at sprinting against men.
But to get back to the man with longer legs thing weight tends to be a negative in sprinting and, or running so women being shorter with longer legs could be a good thing, but even so she would have to be extremely gifted even among the top athletes in order to over power men’s pure physical strength.
Oh, also men have larger lungs therefore leading to an advantage is running, but less so sprinting.
