Where is the FTC investigating this defective product?

What happened to the 95% effectiveness rating Pfizer & Moderna claimed to the FDA for their special exemption to release their covid shot, then when other countries, like Israel and UK, tested the Pfizer and Moderna, found the effectiveness around 45%. That's just a little bit less than reported test results to the U.S. FDA.

Such a scam. The trillions spent should be refunded.
