Let’s get our First Amendment to the Constitution! A 2/3 majority is needed for the Amendment to move on to the Senate

In order to create a Federal Holiday, I propose Congress and Senate must reach a 2/3 majority and it must get passed by the President so that we don’t clog up the calendar with holidays that nobody likes or is interested in.
