If they are already judges, and quallified, then what is the problem. The supreme court is there representing the rule of law for the people of the US, a diverse country of many races, creeds and religions. So having a diverse justice system would bring about fair representation. The country, you may have noticed, is not only inhabited by old white conservative men.

But there are absolutely laws saying that you cannot hire based upon race or gender. Now this is the second time that he's breaking those laws. He should be picking the best PERSON for the job. Period.

All of those justices were appointed by Barack Hussein Obumer; which means, they are ALL liberal minded. But the real point is, justices SOULD NOT be selected based on the color of their skin, their religious beliefs, or their political biases! They should be selected based SOLELY on their qualifications! And it very well may be that the most qualified turns out to be a black liberal woman! Then so be it! But can you imagine if President Trump had said he was selecting his justices ONLY from WHITE candidates?!!!! Yeah! That's the point!
