Miller has already said publicly that in a meeting on an unrelated topic on the evening of 1-5-21, Trump asked him how many National Guard were activated for his 1-6-21 Rally. When he replied that he had approved a little over 300-Troops as requested by the DC Mayor, Trump told him to do whatever he wanted. Trump added that he would need 10,000. Why would he say they would need 10,000 Guardsmen for a "Peaceful Rally?" Records of that meeting have been requested by the Committee.
