I was skinny and very shy which didn’t help. I was picked on throughout the years. My grades weren’t good either, mostly because I wasn’t interested and didn’t do the work. I really wondered what I would become in life. That was a long time ago, and I’m happy to say things turned out better than I could have hoped. I wasn’t college material but went to a technical school after high school. I was already interested in electronics, so it wasn’t a chore, plus I actually paid attention. I met my wife after that. My career is in repairing telecommunications equipment for phone companies and I like my job… it’s because it’s something I’m interested in. What I would like younger people to know is that life is a long trip, and school years are a short period for the most part. Once out of school, I didn’t have the bullies around. I got more confidence and opened up more. I actually made some friends. This message kinda got away from me and I probably bored you to tears. I wish you all a happy life… like mine :-)
