Alright even tho I was supposed to do the previous who would win analysis I'll do this one first because I find it interesting, so, the main teams of GuP uses mostly WWII era tanks, from various nations across multiple teams, their most capable tanks are the M26 Pershing, Centurion Mk. 1, Panther G, and T-34-85, as these had the most balance of a tank's capability; mobility, firepower, and protection; and it seems they've modified their tanks in some way, making them able to achieve speeds and agility way beyond what the real life counterparts would be able to achieve, basically imagine WWII tanks with the agility of a modern MBT, these tanks can pose a threat to the mostly lightly armored and older tanks of the Tanks side, these being the M109 Paladin, M1127 Stryker, M48A5 Patton, and M60 AMBT. The T-72 and M1A2 are relatively impervious from these tanks, however their biggest threat comes from the tank destroyers that GuP has, Jagdtiger, Jagdpanther, and Karl Gerät are some examples, some of their heavy tanks also posed a significant threat, the IS-2, Tiger 2, Maus, KV-2, and ARL 44, these had considerably more penetration and post-penetration effects compared to their brethrens, thus had more opportunities in disabling the T-72B3 and the M1A2 SEP TUSK, though not by much, a T-55M would've been more dangerous than any of these GuP tanks combined, but still, if some of them managed to get to the sides or rear of the two MBTs they can disable them pretty easily, and the older ones, the M48 and M60, can even be eliminated from the front if the tanks hit it just at the right place, like the lower front plate (LFP) of the M60 as it's < 150mm, the Jagdtiger can easily penetrate it.

However, the advantages that the GuP tanks didn't have was digitalized Fire Control Systems, meaning that their effective firing range is less than most of the tanks on the Tanks side, the M60, M1127, M1A2, and T-72 all have a fire control computer that is linked to thermal and image intensifier sensors, laser rangefinders, and other accuracy devices, meaning some of these tanks can engage a target from as far as 2km, maybe even more, and this is leaving out the fact that there's basically a generational leap between the GuP tanks and their opponents.

Now to the elimination match part, I've constructed a hypothetical battle, it's a 60 vs 60 tank match, in the relatively open terrain of Kursk, each main team in GuP were given 10 slots for tanks each, the composition of the Tank team are : 10x most capable M1A2, 10x second most capable T-72, 10x M60 AMBT, 16x M48A5, 6x M1127, and 8x M109, whilst the composition of the GuP team is too long to list, but in general they have 1x flag tank (a commander's tank if you will), 5x attack tanks, and 4x defense tanks, it's different from team to team but on average it's like that, the tanks that they used comes from 5 nations, Japan, Germany, Italian, Soviet, British, and America, also, because the team that had the Centurion, Pershing, and Karl Gerät weren't part of the "main" teams, they're not part of the battle, thus the Tank team wouldn't face the most dangerous tanks GuP has to offer, only the Panther G and the T-34-85 were the most capable here. And I'd watch over the battle in a Mil Mi-25 Hind-D, neutral position though.

And now onto the battle, the Tank team can put their less capable M48A5s into the front first, in platoons of 4, these serve as bait for the other teams, when the Soviet team ultimately charged at the M48 formation, followed closely behind by the British team and the American team, they would definitely clash, now this is when the MBTs sprung into action, the M1A2 and T-72 can pick out tanks one by one from afar utilizing their FCS and better gun, engaging the tanks nearest to the M48s and the furthest from it (which would be the Shermans of the American team), however at this point, the other teams (Main (the protagonists of GuP), Germany, and Italy) may try to flank the Tank team, this is where the M60 AMBT and Stryker come into play, Stryker can scout ahead of the main formation and warn others of approaching tanks, and also engage them as the Stryker is also capable of anti tank duties with it's 105mm gun, then with the support of the M60 they can shoot at the enemy tanks beyond their effective firing range, and then when the flanking teams are eliminated, the M60 and Stryker can then encircle the ones brawling with the M48s and eliminate them, oh and the M109s can provide indirect fire with the coordinates given by the Strykers.

this would "again" end up in a suicide situation where both teams would die, because you cant have a mass quantity of tanks (which already tanks are just so horrible) in an area because of the gasoline boosted explosion when one blows up, which can lead to a detonation of everyone kinda like domino's

ps not all use gasoline 9 times out of 10 its diesel wich is not as flammable hence why its use in tanks

But due the fact the tanks the GUP is fighting have a longer engagement range , better armor design, bigger guns and artillery which all tanks can give coordinates to for indirect combat

by observing the tanks, only 2 of them have machine guns on top, which would be easy to take out, they could use the railing to kamikaze and jam the railing on the one tank into the pipes, detonating everyone

That panzer 4 against MBTS is a death sentence for it steel vs modern chobram armor composite

yeah, a death sentence for team tank and team anime (tanks are just that bad)

How are tanks bad ?

can be countered with almost about anything (even if it has special metals or has a machine gun on the top) takes way to much materials to mass produce and blows up super easily, you just need a simple hand grenade or land mine
