It didn't "fail in the courts," the courts refused to hear the cases based on "standing" and other technicalities. The SCOTUS said they were not the correct institution to deal with these matters. If it failed "in court" show us the tried cases. A majority of Americans don't believe the 2020 election was fully credible. For a democracy to stand, we must have credible elections. Elections that can be fully audited in all states. We need election integrity standards that the people can trust. Universally sending out ballots, skipping mail-in signature verification and ballot harvesting remaining legal in many states destroys the credibility of our elections. The goal can't simply be "more votes," it needs to be more credible votes.

Trumpers have been using the excuse of "standing" or cases not being heard on "merits" for far too long. Its all part of the fake narrative that FOX feeds them. Cases WERE heard on the "merits" and Guiliani is on audio recording saying "sorry your honor, but we do not have any evidence to support our claims."

And it is also false that a majority of Americans feel the 2020 election was not fully credible. Its definitely a minority and THE ONLY REASON THEY FEEL THAT is because of the 100% proven fake AND PRE-PLANNED narrative by Trump and his allies. On November 3rd, 2020 Trump claimed millions of fraudulent votes even though he didn't know how or where. And then as time went on, the Trumpers came up with conspiracy theories ALL of which fizzled into nothingness with zero proof.

In the meantime, there were no dead people, vans or trucks with totes of votes, or boxes of votes hidden under tables. There were no election officials denied entry into polling stations...only rabid Trumpers who wanted to "STOP THE COUNT." No hacked voting machines. No state violated their state constitution. No Jewish Space Lasers. Literally not one single thing to throw the election into question. Simply the same pre-planned crap that Trump pulled against Ted Cruz in the 2016 primaries, Hillary in the General Election, and his lost court trials. We have witnesses to this fact like Reince Preibus.

You said "we need election integrity standards that the people can trust." Well we did and we do. There is nothing more to NOT trust than what we've had in the past 50 elections. The 2016 election was certainly suspicious. It is not all of a sudden the case that votes are not "credible" just because a LIFE-LONG LOSER says so just like he has for the past 40 years. Its like the boy who cried wolf.

Bottom line, the 2020 election was the most free, fair, safe, legitimate, and credible election in US history, and Trump lost big time. Trumpers crying about it is not the criteria for determining election fraud. And his BIG LIE has caused problems that make him a traitor who ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be served up a traitor's fate of life in prison.

But after all this, my OP was not about his court failures for his election claims, it was about him trying to block the J6 Committee from getting his communications.

ou skipped over the massive shift to less credible voting. That has not been true over the past 50 elections. When Dems shifted us to mail-in for "covid emergency" they severely undercut democracy by giving us a less trustworthy vote and a vote that can't be audited. Even if there was no fraud what so ever, democracy is undermined by introducing doubt. The 2020 election was in fact won in the courtroom. But, not won in the courtroom after the election. It was won in the courtroom BEFORE the election when Dems moved us to mass-mail-in votes and some states even went to universally mailing out ballots. You said there is no evidence or reason to be concerned. Biden got more votes then OBAMA. Highist voter turn-out in AMERICAN HISTORY. Is it because Biden is a widely popular candidate???? I think not. This alone is reason for concern. How did they get so many new voters? Ballot harvesting? All very concerning... even if everything was done legally under the new covid voting laws. Our election laws must be fixed before 2022 and 2024. We need credible elections to maintain our democracy.

The election wasn't won in the courts. That is simply more propaganda from FOX and the Insurrectionist Party. The election was won by 81 Million voters who did not want to see Trump back in office. Back to elections. You don’t have to watch FOX to understand that mail-in votes are less credible. With in-person voting, you present yourself, show your ID and vote in an environment with tons of oversight. It’s very difficult and risky to cheat. Mail-in, by sharp contrary, is done in private without any oversight. Influencers can easily be involved in the process. Someone from your local community rings the door bell… ‘hi, ballots should have been sent here this week. My records show you don’t normally vote. I live in the neighborhood, my kids go to school with yours. Do you mind if we sit down and complete your ballot? Boom, another house full of ballots collected for who ever paid for that influancer. Not even illegal in many states. THIS is how Biden got record votes. Do these votes represent the will of the people or the will of whoever funds influancers??? No crazy conspiracies required. It’s much easier to extract a vote from an uninvolved potential voter then it is to get someone to the voting booth. Churches can collect votes. Community centers. Even employers. This is an entirely new way of voting with entirely different dynamics then voting in private at a ballot booth.
