To be fair those capitol hill riots are not "patriotism" or "peaceful protest" that was violent criminal behavior done by a bunch of violent idiots who don't even know what they were doing. Regardless whether the election was rigged or not, it is not some violent idiot's place to do anything about it. It's nothing but unlawful violent criminal behavior, indefensible. I don't condone those people's actions anymore than I condone the Antifa (another group of violent unlawful idiots). I condemn unlawful violent criminal behavior regardless whether it's done by the left or the right.

I agree, but they have to put everything in perspective- most of the people from Jan 6 should be facing mild misdemeanor trespassing charges. This was four hours of one day, not 100 consecutive nights of riots, like ANTIFA. It wasn't a planned insurrection, it was just a bunch of unruly people.

It is true, the Antifa caused a lot more damage than the Jan 6 rioters. The Antifa set entire cities on fire across the country. Nevertheless, the Jan 6 rioters are still guilty of unlawful behavior themselves. Not as bad as the Antifa but still unlawful.
