A woman had enough control to be okay with having sex and wasn't smart enough to realize she could get pregnant? Only in rape are they not in control, they have a plan b pill though, so in either case an actual abortion isn't even a prudent thing to do. How hard of a concept is that to comprehend?

I think when you say " the government cannot" you mean "the government should not", because the government CAN do whatever it wants (if we let it). Just look at Communist China; they have no problem forcing people into becoming organ transplant "donors".
