Can't say I'm surprised. AndrewFinlayson already demonstrated his disregard for constitutions and the will of the people last time he was a temporary stream owner. I hope if Scar ever steps down we get SuGas as stream owner. Andrew would be an absolute disaster after he ignored the constitution and caused a civil war in just a few days.
