LOL - I didn't even think of that take on that phrase, I was strictly thinking of the debate amongst gun folks that a 9mm supposedly has less stopping power than say, a 45 or a 357.
My take on all of that is that I know that I'll hit what I'm aiming at with my 9mm whereas the scumbag that I'm defending myself against usually doesn't even have the basic marksmanship skills to hit the broadside of a barn. So, as long as I'm putting rounds on target then stopping power be damned, I'll win the gun fight.
