I gathered the troll part, is the name supposed to represent someone known, a play on a known name, or something ?

It's a slight alteration of the username of one of the Global Mods of this site.
For some reason a few of the Alt Righties here claim that he's a Lefty (he is not) and is out to get them or something silly like that, so this would be a parody of him leaning that way.
