It is psychology no one really understands it. We see patterns based on people's behavior. Mental illness can be subjective. Most people agree that people who pointlessly sceam at others are mental ill, and the left has a monopoly on this.

Octavia, you may find a 'little hypocrisy' in conservatives but there is OVERWHELMING mental illness on the left w/ hypocrisy on steroids.
