No matter how a person does to themselves physically they will still be male or female on the DNA/Chromosome Level.

By costing them opportunity and then not caring when they are upset that they don't have opportunity. This trans swimmer literally bragged about how it was so easy to win despite it not being their best performance.
Right now men can pretty much enter women's sports as a business opportunity where little work is needed, and it's not any different for the women than if they were competing against guys. If you are a man, don't believe in God, and are lazy but want fame and money, why wouldn't you identify as female and destroy all the records? You've managed to get the easy life and be the left's inspirational hero at the same time.
I would advocate for having a trans league over this. I just think it's insanely hypocritical that a party that, just five years ago, ran the entirety of their anti-Trump ads on how much "he hated and didn't care about women" (despite his campaign advisor being the first female to have that job) is showing that they don't care about women by essentially throwing their opportunities in the garbage can to promote their new-age progressive agenda. And the right is the side that hates women? The right fought for women to be able to vote. Blacks too. Killing the opportunity of a young aspiring woman is exactly what will keep her "in the kitchen 24/7" while her husband makes the money, as the left claims the "old school" right would prefer, but here the left is, actively doing it themselves with their new-school ideas. What this situation shows is that the left, as usual, will never have any interest in actually solving the problems they complain about; they just whine about everything; otherwise nobody would have any temptation to vote for these liars.

a leftist i was arguing with once told me that I couldn’t care about women because I wasn’t leftist, and that I had to “prove” that i did if I was rightist. (I personally believe that 1] loving women should be proof, but unfortunately it isn’t because so many men mistreat women, 2] it’s none of their business, since that wasn't relevant to that conversation’s topic and 2] by that logic all people should be forced to prove they care and not just one group of people). But this is me “proving” that I care about women. I am standing up for them even when the left doesn’t and even when I will get hate for it. That is far more than caring about them when the zeitgeist tells you to. That doesn’t mean the zeitgeist can’t be right (although these days it pretty much never is); it just means caring about women when it makes you a hero is not necessarily caring about women as much as wanting self glory.
