You mean in places like the more rural parts of Georgia where as much as 10% of the population in some counties is on SSI, and billboards advertising lawyers promoting it pepper those roadways no one in town paid for the laying of?

See all the policies made to help people?
Welfare, child payments, free schools, free clinics, disability, free needles, affirmative action, $10-15 minimum wages ... It's basically 80% of everything liberals wanted..

Sounds like it'll work..on paper.
Like giving extra welfare if a single mother gets pregnant... Sounds great until suddenly you've suddenly got 30 new kids on a street being raised by 10 single mothers..

Reality and paper aren't the same.

SF & LA aren't ghettos, they're amongst THE richest cities in the USA and contain ghettos within them, a consequence of their own success. Those who couldn't make it or poor people from elsewhere seeking job opportunities end up in them, and lack the resources to get out or don't because of family, etc.
