In that case, those people can choose to stay at home. Voluntary lockdown is fine. Forced lockdown is illegal.

Seriously though, since you posed an actual serious question, I would answer by asking you another question; why should anyone have to suffer lockdowns? They're illegal because they're unconstitutional.
