I am unsure if Chauvin committed murder, which is why I said "at least of manslaughter". However, I actually looked up the legal definition of 2nd degree murder and 3rd degree murder, and what Chauvin did actually fits with that. However, the defense also made a few fair points. I am not saying that Chauvin isn't guilty of murder. In fact, I lean toward thinking that he is. I just can't say it with certainty.
