When you said that the judge is openly racist, I laughed. I mean, he has NEVER ever said anything racist, and even if he was secretly racist, he would still not be OPENLY racist. Also, acquitting Kyle Rittenhouse is not racist. Your meme is incorrect on so many levels.

Actually its correct in its main point. Trumpers called every court, every trial, and every judge that was part of Trump's Big Lie campaign as fake with conspiracy theories to explain why Trump was 0-61 in court. But this one trial and judge that exonerated a murderer is being praised by them. They are hypocrites.

He was "defending" a used car dealership that he had never been to before that was not in danger that was in another state. He even previously bought a nice strap for it even though he could not legally hold it.

So the judge dismissed the charge of a minor holding a weapon he was not legally allowed to hold. Why?

Also, the reason that the judge dismissed the minor holding a weapon charge is because there is an exemption in the Wisconsin gun law that says that this no minors carrying guns law does not apply to minors age 16 and 17, as long as the gun they are carrying is long-barreled.

I am unsure if Chauvin committed murder, which is why I said "at least of manslaughter". However, I actually looked up the legal definition of 2nd degree murder and 3rd degree murder, and what Chauvin did actually fits with that. However, the defense also made a few fair points. I am not saying that Chauvin isn't guilty of murder. In fact, I lean toward thinking that he is. I just can't say it with certainty.

It's not a false equivalence. Leftists are happy when they get the outcome they want and are upset when they don't get the outcome they want.
