It will be struck down by the SCOTUS.
Why are the companies that produce this snake oil exempt from litigation?

In Canada, where drugs cost less, you cannot sue a drug company for malpractice. We appear to be copying their law.

I don't care about what Canada does. None of my concern.
Now, if the US Government were to stick to the Constitution we would have a much better medical system. No where does it give the US Government the right to regulate the cost of healthcare.

The Constitution doesn't say the states can require drivers licenses. Challenge that one while you are tilting at windmills.

You see Larry, the Constutuiton is a guarantee of INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS. It restricts the US GOVERNMENT from encroaching on individual freedoms. It spells out what the US Government has jurisdiction over, quite clearly.
It also spells out that anything not specifically delegated to the US Government is left for the STATES to work out.

The Constitution says that that is a purvue of the individual states.
read the 10th Amendment, Larry...that should clear things up for you.

Then make HCQ and Ivermectin available for early treatment.

Take whatever quackery stuff you want, as long as I don't have to pay for it.

Says the bureaucrat tapeworm parasite, who screwed, blued and tattooed the US taxpayer his whole worthless life. No wonder you don't like Ivermectin, it's an anti-parasitic.

If a vaccinated person passes it along to an unvaxxed person, the mud blood should have to share the cost of their treatment as well.

Then why are all the mudbloods so concerned if I choose to remain a pureblood?

Why do you care if someone wants an abortion. Her body. Her choice
0 ups, 4y
Then according to you, the abortion cost should be her responsibility

Our premiums will go up in 2022 because of the losses they are taking this year. Let's see what the Right says about that.

Its Brandon's fault, as well as inflation in the UK!!!

Why should my premiums go up because you choose a more expensive option?

Why do my taxes go up because the government insisted upon a more expensive plan of action. Early treatment with HCQ and ivermectin works. It worked for me. It worked in Mexico City. It worked in India. Even Japan authorized to use ivermectin.

I already chased down the phony story about India. It decidedly did not work there. It is like the Laetrile of the new era.

Do your premiums go up because an unhealthy person gets diabetes or heart disorders? Or if a smoker gets lung cancer? Or if a promiscuous person contracts std's? Or if an alcoholic gets liver failure? Or a truck driver gets colon cancer?
Short answer, no. Your premiums only go up based on your personal choices.

But, Insurance companies are allowed to choose which drugs they put on their formularies and which treatments they will pay for, to hold costs and premiums down. A series of a few shots costs a couple of hundred dollars, at most. Hospitalization for Covid-19 costs run from over $10,000 for a mild case, to upwards of $425,000 for a more severe one. Utilization Managers decide all the time what cheap treatments your doctor must try first, before they authorize expensive ones. There is nothing new about my proposal.

Ok, but that is thier own insurance. Which only covers what they choose to cover. That does not mean your own premiums go up because of what other people do. That only happens in universal healthcare where it's paid for by tax payers

We have an example that proves you wrong this week. Medicare supplementary insurance is more expensive because an expensive anti-Alzheimer's drug is being liberally prescribed.

Well, that's fkd up.
