I like that the fact someone suggested his tears earlier in the trial were disingenuous. So now when I see his obvious cringe feelings I am second guessing those too. That is he's just playing to camera as if he were concerned of an accidental shooting in the court room. Isn't the internet wonderful in the way it shapes our perceptions.
That’s not why he pointed the gun at the jury though. Also as incompetent as the prosecutor is proving himself, he did have the wherewithal to ask if it was loaded first before pointing it at people so that’s something at least.
