No is not, look up the cost of replacing an electric car's battery. Also cost of items in the great United States is different than shitty scandinavia which is has a much smaller population and no illegal immigrants because no one wants to move there.

cuban electricity would have been a lot cheaper if the US hadn't banned trade. they could have had solar power and electric vehicles, both are much cheaper than oil fired electricity generation and gasoline :)

your link only proves my point. if you keep the battery charged between 20-80% it will outlast a gas engine. Also, gas engines lose power and efficiency over time. A modern gas engine and transmission can cost $10,000 to replace, more than an EV battery.
