Because that's what you're trying to say. Who needs courts and judges? I should get to pick who lives and who dies and I won't ever need to produce evidence to anyone to justify my decisions. You'd be happy with that? That's what you want?

Secondly, That is not the rule. You don't know the rules. Most likely because you have never bothered to learn them. Ignorance is bliss.

You, have the right to defend yourself and others against imminent serious bodily injury or death with deadly force.

Appreciated that it is a threatening tone, but, see, that's the point: whenever you write stuff like this, IT IS THREATENING! You're basically looking to be judge jury and executioner on the demographics of society you don't like and you are looking to excuse yourself from any and all obligations to account for your actions with one shred of evidence that the people you would gladly kill did ANYTHING to deserve it.

Do you know how many times you've written something and I've thought to myself "....he'd probably kill ME, if he could, and try to claim self defense"? And I'm not even that radical a person!

So I'm going to go ahead and skip right to the bottom line: the Constitution EXPLICITLY forbids ALL OF THIS. I am entitled to due process. So are you. And so are the people you call looters and rioters. If Rittenhouse had stayed home that day, the death count for that entire incident would have been literally zero, and anyone you believe to be guilty of property destruction could be processed by a court with the evidence you had on them and it is that simple.

You wouldn't want me threatening your life by suspending the Constitution, and I wouldn't want you threatening my life by suspending the Constitution - so why are you still so keen to suspend it?
