Look at Venezuela. The people ate the animals in the zoo! State control over production and distribution always serves those in power while the masses starve.

That's not socialism, socialism is an economic system where the workplace is democratic that's it. Under a socialist system you get to vote for your boss.

In socialism, the governing body controls the means of production and distribution. Prices, wages - everything. In every socialist government, the politicians (the people in power) skim off the top - to enrich themselves, while workers starve.

Venezuela is the most recent example. When the people voted for the socialist Maduro, they fell victim to his promise of a paradise (which Venezuela already was), and his transition from capitalism to socialism has brought about mass starvation.

Everyone who advocates for socialism should be forced to live a year in Venezuela. That would take care of the problem. Either they would learn of the horrors of socialism (the hard way), or they would die by the hand of the socialists they so revere.

Social organization doesn't mean state and it says at the bottom by the owned and regulated by community as a whole. That literally means the government doesn't control it. What your describing is communism which hasn't been done properly or when it has outside forces have caused the outcomes that your speaking of. Venezuela is one of those examples.

You're trying to argue that a socialist state doesn't have a government - which anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together knows is false. I'm assuming that you're a child (or a college student, which is the same thing). Perhaps your view of the world will change when you grow up.

There isn't such thing as a socialist state socialism isn't a government structure it's a economic structure. There is such thing as a communist state which isn't what I am defending. And now you make the claim that everyone who doesn't have an argument makes.
