Yes, the only reason it seems that she has a job at MSNBC is for the company to be able to check off two boxes in the name of "diversity" and "inclusion", so being black and female accomplishes that. Intelligence, merit, common sense, journalistic integrity, etc. are not things that MSNBC cares about.
