Gun safety is not a feeling but a responsibility. Baldwin was producer hired the armeror and he pulled the trigger. He failed the simple protocol of checking the gun fir live rounds before firing, as did the armeror whom he hired. I am not a snowflake so my feelings are irrelevant to this.

At the very least, it's a crime called Involuntary Manslaughter. Which, btw, is punishable in New Mexico as a 4th degree felony, normally punishable by up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. In other words, Baldwin should have to do some time.

I'm not a lawyer, and I don't play one on TeeVee, nor have I ever stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, but I believe this crime could also be Negligent Homicide, which at a minimum is also a 4th degree felony, but possibly would be sentenced more severely.
