Well, on one side, the KV-2's got the massive firepower, it's 152.4mm M10T howitzer with the OF-530 high explosive ammunition would be capable of dealing with large swaths of infantry or lightly armored structures and vehicles, it's G-530 anti-concrete shell would be able to deal with bunkers with up to 80 centimeters of reinforced concrete, with a TNT charge that increased the total penetration to 114 centimeters. For protection it has a front armor thickness of 75mm angled at 30°, totaling of up to 80mm of armor on the front, it also comes with 3 machine guns for close protection and can go up to a speed of 35km/h. This tank would be suited for an assault gun type role, providing support for the main attacking force, it can deal with most threats the Anime Army has to offer, the troops of the Anime Army are professional but they lack the equipment to deal with tanks from long range aside from their own tanks, which the KV can still put up a fight to, considering that the Anime Army operates mostly WWII era tanks, with their most advanced being the T-55A.

On the other side, the Anime Army would have some trouble dealing with this tank, but it's not something that they can't overcome, the main Anti-Tank weapon of the Anime Army, the RPG-7, would be able to penetrate the KV-2s armor from the front, it's basic PG-7V warhead has a penetration of 260mm at 90°, which is almost 9 times the armor of the KV, with the correct tactics and techniques on approaching the tank, they can fire 2-3 of these warheads and destroy the KV, if the KV's crew's got a bit reckless and decide to get too close that is, not only that, Anime Army's tanks, though in the same era as the KV, is more advanced than it, for example their Tiger II H could engage the KV from 1.5km away, outranging the KV-2's <1km effective firing range, while their T-55 can engage it from as far, so the KV-2s must be used wisely for it to achieve wonderful results.

Also this does not count other factors, such as air support for example (to give a general idea, Anime Army also operates WWII era attack aircraft, with F-4E Phantom IIs here and there, but the AAA's got Su-35s though).

So my verdict is, it depends, if it's a single KV-2 against some troops in a bunker then it'll win, but if it's a single KV-2 against say a platoon with adequate ground and air support then it'll lose.
