Yes. A lousy one. Three people handled the firearm. Not one checked it. Two people were in front of the business end of the revolver- neither one took the time to ensure their own safety by checking what was loaded in it. Apparently there were no remote cameras or protective shielding used for filming the scene.
As far as I look at it, three individuals who handled the firearm are all guilty of manslaughter. Negligence reigned supreme that day.
