The "security fence" certainly has cameras, lighting, sensors, and God only knows what else. And it was probably installed with preference for unionized labor over the lowest bidder. So with all that, I wasn't even surprised to see the $455K pricetag. Without a doubt, their attitude is the more of the taxpayers' money they blow, the better.
