Google for the story about a Russian guy nick-named Popeye, he injected his arms with a substance to make his arms look like those of the cartoon character Popeye.

It nearly killed him and is suffering from major complications.

The biggest problem with muscular looks is body fat, you can have amazing muscle strength or Muscle hypertrophy but if you body fat levels are to high your "great" looks get hidden behind a layer of fat. Normally you are looking for anything less then 10%, 6 to 10% is considered the norm. ripped even goes to 1 to 3%! but this requires an almost impossible diet.

Wholesome means that it makes people happy, informative means that it explains something to someone. Please don’t try to start an argument and ask someone else for confirmation before you try to start World War III just bc one of us didn’t know the definition of a word.

My comment was based on the fact I thought that maybe you misread the comment about it NOT being wholesome.
I was thinking you would have reread it and that was all. I was just having fun.
Now, I see what you meant originally.
As far as the meaning of the word ‘wholesome’, I think the comment about body fat was both wholesome and informative. It was a hybrid comment that started with the Russian guy, but ended with the body fat info.
Either way, I had no bad intentions :-)

Sad its like a drug he never thought would hurt him as much as the confidence he saw in the mirror but in the end was like poison and destruction to his body.
