Honestly, for me it's them/they.
I mean, if it's easier for someone, they can use she/her. As a joke, you can use dark/darkness for me, don't ask why-

I use she/her. Technically during agender leans, I’m ok with he/she/they, but during fem leans, I only use she/her. So since I’m always ok with she/her that’s what I use.

Does your preference change between the two at all?

They/them > or = she/her (still not sure) > he/him, although I don’t mind any, the preference is very slight

Also she/her and he/him switch around occasionally if one is overused
